Today’s challenge can be done in a matter of minutes – your SOCK DRAWER! And while this challenge is not technically difficult, it does involve sifting through a gadjillion pairs of socks!
The process is simple – your aim is to reduce the number of socks to the bare minimum. For me, this involved donating all the work socks that Stephen no longer wears, as well as gym socks that had lost their shape or had holes in them.
We have a sock organiser, so it was just a matter of adding one sock per compartment. I also found <drumroll> a sock folding video – yes, it turns out that we have not been folding our socks correctly. And no, I will not be using this method in future. But it’s interesting, nonetheless!
Another idea – place your leftover/ excess socks in a bag in the car to hand out at Stop streets or traffic lights. They will be greatly appreciated – trust me!
